Mary Mazeppa Krocsko, age 88 of Fredericktown, PA died at 11:00am Wednesday, October 6, 2004 in the LaFayette Manor, Uniontown, PA. She was born June 3, 1916 in Fredericktown, PA a daughter of the late John and Katherine Kuzio Mazeppa. Mrs. Krocsko was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Brownsville, PA and a former member of the Ladies Aide of the church. On November 18, 1942 she married John M. Krocsko who died January 3, 1975. Surviving is a son Stephen J. Krocsko and his wife Cindy of Fredericktown, PA; a daughter Mariann Devers and her husband Mark of Donora, PA; five grandsons - Michael Krocsko, Matthew Krosko, Stephen Krocsko, Richard Devers and Stephen Devers; one granddaughter Janice Krocsko; two great grandsons, Michael and Jonathon Krocsko; one sister Anna Bekish of Dearborne Heights, MI; two brothers Charles Mazeppa of Largo, FL. and Joseph Mazeppa of Seven Hills, OH; several nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to her parents and husband is a son John M. Krocsko who died September 26, 1996; four brothers Andrew, John, Stephen, and Mike Mazeppa. Friends will be received from 2 to 9pm Friday in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 42 Bank St. at Crawford Rd., Fredericktown where a Prayer Service will be held at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, October 9, 2004 followed by a Mass of Divine Liturgy at 10:00 a.m. in St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Brownsville, PA with Rev. Jerome Botsko as celebrant. Interment will be in Beallsville Cemetery, Beallsville, PA. A Parastas Service will be held at 7:00pm on Friday in the Funeral Home.
